App stopped wrking on both my devices, One Plus open and Oppo Find N3 Flip. I hve Doha Bank n QNB app, both work fine. Tried re-installing Dukhan bank multiple times with no luck, app does not respond after chosing langauge tab

The app is not working when called and raised a complained to the bank received call from customer care but they don't know anything about the issue and couldn't not understand simply said your phone has virus problem when I tried to explain that i tried in another mobile even in that mobile is not working. They don't have answer repeatily saying something and saying will call you back again someone will call and same stero type reply. Requested call from technical team but no one called so far
