It's been a year I am using this service from Airtel and I am extremely disappointed. Why? Let's see, A. Extremely slow application, doesn't load when you need it most. B. The footages are mostly a minute long or less. Many times I have missed important footages even when I have motion detection enabled. D. Application logs out and removes all cameras for me and my wife frequently. E. Recorded footages are only available till 12 AM of the day, next videos are available after almost 12hrs.

Worst experience. I am using Airtel cctv outdoor cameras from last 2 months and it is completely not recommendable. First of all it has poor quality vision. And secondly it does not record 24 hours. Only if there is some motion then it gets recorded. So if you have to find some footage, you have to check thousands of recordings. // Still worst after 1 year of usage.

Edit: Again the notification has stopped working. Not sure what is the use of this app and associated camera if notifications are not sent. Will Airtel take responsibility in case something bad happens and no notification is sent? Previous review: Notifications does not work when detection zone se set to "Entire Screen". We need to select the whole screen in Custom mode to make the notifications work. Bugs with notifications should be of top priority as this poses a security threat.
