Useless app as far as customer services are concerned. Cannot lodge a landline fault complaint either on the app or on the MTNL website. Just get a 'Technical Error' message. Is there anyway that MTNL can get their act in order and become customer friendly??? 23 Nov 2018 A new issue has now arisen in the app. The PDF download for the bill as well as receipt is not working. Let alone resolve the previous issue on booking of complaints, the app is only getting worse. And no-one at MTNL appears to be interested in resolving these issues. No wonder they are running at colossal losses!

I humbly request Google to introduce 0.00001 star rating. Specifically for MTNL. MTNL is probably the only utility which doesn't want it's users to pay bills. That's why they put so many hurdles. I tried paying in the website but it is not working. SO I installed the app. Only to find that the app cannot match the CAN no and phone number. Dear MTNL numbskulls, have you been giving me the wrong bill for 2 decades? How can the two numbers printed in the bill be incorrect? PS: is this app for Delhi only? Is that why it's not working? What's so special about your app that it can't work with Mumbai?

Would rate less than a star to this app and this whole company services. Worst application and worst customer service complaint response. I would recommend dont go for this connection. I am being charged every month whereas the connection is not working since 6 months. If i call them, they cut the phone. With this, you would not be able to survive in Long Term MTNL. Want strict against these worst departments.
