Welcome to Fie Mobile, the application for your cell phone and tablet from Banco FIE S.A., you can perform all your transactions easily, quickly and safely.

The main transactions available are:

- Consolidated Position Consultation
- Balance Check
- Check Extracts from Savings Banks and Current Accounts
- Consultation of Historical Extracts of Savings Banks and Current Accounts
- Consultation and payment of credits
- Transfers to own accounts
- Transfers to Banco FIE customer accounts
- Transfers to other Banks (ACH)
- Transfers to other Banks through QR code
- Payment of Services whose collection is enabled
- Location of our service points: Agencies, ATMs and External Offices and Fair Offices
- News and Promotions

Maximum daily transaction limit:
The daily limit to execute monetary transactions in internet banking (in Fienet and Fie Mobile) is Bs. 20,000 or its equivalent in dollars, this amount can be modified at the time of your affiliation or later in any Agency.

Membership:
- Old customers: If you are affiliated and use Fienet, you can access the Mobile Banking channel, through the following steps:
• Download the Fie Mobile application
• Accept the terms and conditions in the application
- New customers: If you are not affiliated with Fienet and want to access the electronic channels of Banco FIE (Fienet and / or Fie Mobile), follow these steps:
• Request your affiliation to Electronic Banking in any FIE Bank Agency nationwide, we will register your device and your email so you can access and carry out your transactions on Fienet and / or Fie Mobile.
• Download the Fie Mobile application
• Accept the terms and conditions in the application

Register your First entry
- Old customers:
• Login with your username and password used to enter Fienet
• Register your mobile device or device and browse all the features of the Fie Mobile application
* The data of registered third-party accounts, products, questions and Fienet security image will be automatically synchronized with your application
- New clients:
• Enter with your user and enter the temporary code that you will receive in your email.
• Change your username and password
• Record your questions and security image
• Register your device or mobile device and authorize the sending of Push notifications to confirm your transactions quickly on your device.
