Seems to work better with Apple phones than Android. It has more difficulty connecting with my MotoG7 than my old Apple iPhone8. The Bluetooth signal seems to drop more frequently on the Android, don't know if it's the phone or the processor. Works more seemlessly with the Apple. And, it doesn't connect to the phone ring or volume so now I can't talk on my phone because I can't hear anyone!!! Can't return the phone. Thanks a lot for nothing. Can't afford an Apple.

Finally got it paired with my Samsung Galaxy 8plus after trying for a few months. I thought the app was only for iphone. Its paired to my baha 5 but keeps disconnecting. I have to go back in app and turn it on. Not sure why it does that. Annoying. I see a calendar in app n the other box is program 2. I'm not streaming to tv since that's not hooked up yet. I want to hear what im watching like TV hr news on the baha instead of phone. Not using phone clip yet. update 12/2018 still disconnects

Following most recent update to 1.0.7 the app no longer pairs with my hearing device. It simply goes straight to troubleshooting and never discovers the device. Prior to the latest update it worked fine. Since I cannot pair, I cannot adjust the volume on my device, so everything is too loud, and I get lots of feedback through the aid. Note, before the update the app would turn bluetooth on, if it was off, and then pair. Since the update it appears not to recognise whether bluetooth is on or off.
