A super handy app! I love using this app, but unfortunately I had to give it three stars because it kept crashing after the last update. If the functionality is restored, I'll change my rating. Before the last update, the app was very convenient and easy to use. There was no need for me to use the website at all. Update: Dec 13, 2022 Installed the most recent version and the app still crashes each time I open it. Downgrading to one star. Update: Dec 15, 2022 All issues resolved. 5⭐ again.

My first time using the service was not as streamlined and satisfactory as I thought but maybe it's the product that I was importing. I did get my item but it was a bit of a hassle.

I have no problem with the app as for the company's customer service it is very poor
