Rudimentary at best. Every time the app updates, it loses the settings on my phone. Not only does it not communicate to use previous password, often I have to call and have my password reset because it refuses to accept my password saved on my phone. It also loses fingerprint access. I cannot view or request previous transactions and must make a phonecall if a store has something 'funky' going on with their systems and is not 'accepting' cards. Just checking 5 transactions or requesting a pdf?

Great app, great bank. I've been using Earthmover since highschool, and while I'm always impressed by the level of service from the bank itself, the app is a godsend. It works very smoothly and isn't loaded down with a bunch of excess flair, which I appreciate when I'm harriedly checking my account to see if I can afford groceries. It also does mobile deposit, which is a huge deal for me as I live about an hour away from any physical locations. Great app.

Beyond frustrating, I briefly deleted the app and redownload it. Only now I cannot sign in, I know my password and type it all in correctly but still nothing. And somehow its showing the incorrect security questions so I can't try to reset it. And even when I can sign in the app barely works, is constantly bugging out, and shouldn't try using it for anything other than checking your balance

Hi Faith, we are aware of a problem in the app and are diligently working to fix it. The updated app in the next week will resolve the issue. In the meantime, you can access online banking on your phone's browser. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
