Tried multiple times to download the offline content. Failed persistently. Even online browsing shows no results. This app needs fix and better customer support.

This is glitching, have uninstalled and reinstalled twice already, attempts to update then says "stream error", and force stops, please fix thanks

I downloaded the app, as it was installing content terribly slowly I flipped to other apps to wait. Then got back, it restarted and the content install screen but it can't move beyond zero percent. I closed the app and tried it again, I got the same black screen and nothing was happening. Is there any way I can use this app at this point?

What's new

Content Sync:
 The app now performs incremental updates more smoothly
 Fixed some bugs in the content synchronizer and improved error detection during the download process

Search:
 Added the ability to search images and calculators while offline
 Fixed a problem that caused documents opened by search to be discarded when leaving and returning to the app

Other Enhancements:
 Fixed a bug that was causing images and calculators to show as blank entries in My Topics
 Tablet UI improvements
