It used to work fine, until recently. On many devices, even newer models (Galaxy 8, Note 5, etc.), opening Zelle within the app doesn't work. It has you enter your password like normal, then takes you to a blank screen. I've tested on two different phones and models, different accounts, 4g and wi-fi, multiple times, and nothing has worked.

Able to make payments and transfers easily. Some Scheduled Payment tiles are not consistent with online app, so I usually stop for a sec to sort it out. All the functionality is there, though.

Stay away from this bank. Nothing but hassels. Blocked my card while out of town with no one I could contact until the next day. No one ever calls when they block transactions for fraud. It is always a hassel with them. When you do call customer service, the person always has an attitude like we have our nerve for calling, so she has to work. It has been everytime we call. We have been with them for years, it never gets better.
