The app crashes every time I open it...I can only make 2 payments in between payment dates and 1 of those is for the payment itself. Why???!!! Not like it's free....then when I can't log on to pay or can't pay at all, I get called every 20 mins all day long!!!! It's ridiculous and lastly...you send me emails and texts about refinancing at a lower rate with my great payment history, then I call and get denied, which is idiocity! I wish this was a decision I could take back..I Regret it daily!!🤯

App keeps crashing everytime I try to open it. How is that fair I'm expected to do my part and pay my loan on time every month but you can't fix the app so I can access my account and make a payment when the pos app won't load!!!!!!! So I chance getting a late fee and or my vehicle repossessed if I don't pay it when I cannot access my Account!

We apologize for the crashing issues you’ve experienced. The most recent version is addressing this. Please note that online account access and ability to make a payment is also available on our website 24/7 (click on “Customer Login” on the right). Payment can also be made over the phone and at participating money transfer locations, and by mail.

Cannot make payment via app. Cannot see balance via app. I've tried app, online and called twice to make a payment. I'm disabled and after all attempts I was told that I have to go to a store to make my final payment. App doesn't work, online didn't work, phone automated didn't work, talking to two representatives didn't work. Now it's late and I'm charged for being late. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.
