I tried to keep an open mind with this, having read some damning reviews about sync'ing problems, but the review comments about a highly temperamental sync are right. I have only managed to sync properly a couple of times in three months, and at the moment have been unable to sync for over a week. I've uninstalled it, reinstalled it, re-paired it - nothing works. For the amount of money this costs, Montblanc really need to sort this out and make the link more stable - as it stands it is useless. I could type my notes up quicker than this!

I have montblanc augmented paper device. After writing few pages and synchronizing them, the device starts blinking in blue & orange in alternating manner as if the storage is full. I synchronize the pages on my device very often. So I don't think that the storage is full. Please help me to resolve this issue. How can I hard reset the device to clear the storage?

I've seen a fair number of people having issues with device connectivity and syncing, so I was going into this expecting the worst. I am pleasantly surprised by this product / app. I've had no connectivity issues whatsoever and everything just works!
