Coach-Net Mobile app enables our members to quickly and easily access important membership information and request roadside assistance in just a few simple steps, giving the user more options to request the assistance right for their particular situation. Leverage Coach-Net’s nationwide 24/7 roadside service provider network and your phone’s GPS capabilities to route assistance directly to your location.

Ratings and reviews

Very basic but convenient app. Installed easily on Galaxy Note 8. No registration issues. The app is made for quick access to assistance and may substitute for a phone call if you have a data connection but no phone connection. If you want to see your account status click on the About Us tab then click on Go To Our Website.

Won't work - all it says is "There's an error." Tech support couldn't help. Your roadside service is good, but you really need to get the app working. It is your interface to the public. When it has such low ratings (and doesn't work), it portrays a fly-by-night image.

Received a free one year subscription to Coach-Net with our new RV. I was able to setup my account using their website, but any attempt to logon to the app fails. Same problem other people have been reporting for the past year. The app is garbage.
