After several years of paying on the app using same email and password, Now it won't recognize my information. Using same info on website, works as it should.

Can't log in using the app. Keeps saying an u expected error has occurred.. can log in if you go to the online website just not on the app.

Figured I'd try the app but it's broken apparently. It will error out if you try and log in. Now, using 'Guest Payment' feature works. That tells me it's on the software side of things causing error, specifically an API being root. Seeing it's more work to pay my bill through app vs web now, it's pointless. If it is hardware I'm using a TCL 30XL on Android 12, fully updated.
