About this app

Its main functions are:

a) Public menu. The App can work, without logging in, for (depending on configuration):
- Check news and some informative pages on the web.
- Register and become a member (sign up for any fee)
- Consult the sports offer of courses, activities, ...
- Check the occupation of facilities and capacity (access control necessary)
- Consult the offer of free group sessions
- Buy (anonymously) access vouchers, sessions, track rentals, services.
- Consult the offer and occupation (agenda) of massage services, personal trainer.
- Consult the events, popular races, cross, ... and their results, managed by the entity.
- Register suggestions


b) Logged users. Once the App has been downloaded to the smartphone or tablet, it is possible to log in (with the same username and password as on the Web) and thus leave the personalized App indefinitely (no further logging is necessary). This opens a second menu with the following functions (depending on configuration):

b.1) Queries:
- Personal Data (with the possibility of editing)
- My communications (with the possibility of editing accepted types of communications and the language)
- Pending Payments and Receipts (with the possibility of payment by credit card, prepaid card, voucher)
- Prepaid cards: their status, consumption and with the possibility of recharging.
- Courses and activities in which you are enrolled (with the possibility of consulting the payment situation and the possibility of unsubscribing).
- Subscriber or member fees (with the possibility of consulting the payment situation)
- Waiting lists and position (with the possibility of unsubscribing)
- Free group sessions reserved (with the possibility of unsubscribing)
- Bonds acquired, with consultation of their status and details of uses
- Bookings:
o Rented court
o Services (massages, personal trainer, ..) reserved
or Green Fee
- Events, popular races, cross, in which you are registered
- Raffles of tracks in which you have participated
- Raffles for courses and activities in which you have participated
- Documents that you have registered

b.2) Actions:
- Dues:
o Registration of membership / subscriber fee.
o Renewal (billing next period)
o Change of quota
o Lower quota
- Schools / Courses / Activities
o Enrollment or registration
o Renewal (confirmation and payment of the next period)
o Drop in courses and activities
o Continuation: registration in the process of continuation of the next season.
- Bookings:
o Rental of slopes
o Services (massages, personal trainer, ..) reserved
o Free group sessions

- Purchase of bonds


The payment methods (available in the App according to configuration) are the same as those of the Web:
- Payment by credit card (you need virtual POS from your financial institution)
- Direct debit
- Payment by prepaid card
- Payment with voucher (reservations, services, free group sessions)
- Receipt C57 (payment of collaborating credit institutions)
