Have a parking spot? Rent it out on the ParqEx app when you’re not using it, by the hour, day, week, or month – it’s up to you. Our customer service team takes care of the rest. Money is deposited into your account at the end of every week. Not only will you be making supplemental income, but you’ll also be helping solve your neighborhood parking crunch.

Ratings and reviews

Property Access+ portion of the app is a buggy mess. Expect to be frustrated and have issues at the gates of the parking garage on a regular basis. App bugs caused me to unintentionally "use the gate arm improperly" several times. Customer service issued me a "final warning" and then was extremely unhelpful and failed to acknowledge bugs in the app being the cause of that issue. I'd reconsider using ParqEx to buy a monthly parking permit if Property Access + is involved.

Stopped working and customer service has been colossally unhelpful. Unable to use car for several days because it is trapped in the lot behind a non functional gate

This phone app is so laggy, after initially opening the app. I have to wait an additional 30 seconds to see the initial screen loaded. It literally takes me minutes to accept my parking spot then uses Access+ to enter the physical garage. It takes minutes even without including the driving.

What's new

We have added some new features to make your parking and property access experience even more convenient!

In this release, we have made improvements to the picture tool that allows you to upload and edit the vehicle image.
There are also a few bug fixes. We aim to make your experience snappier, quicker, and well... bug-free.
