options are great, app is easy to use, prices are the best to anything else I compared. the only downside is that I could not find a contact option (call or chat) to ask a question before buying.

This has to be the worst ticket booking app in existence. Not user friendly at all. Multiple steps to download your tickets. What if I don't want to use the app and want to download it from the website? Why am I forced to download this even though I received a message on Whatsapp already? I paid extra to have it sent to WhatsApp, just for you guys to force me to download the app anyway!

Oh no connection coming for anything I am trying to purchase .. This is happening post my phone upgrade to new Xiaomi hyper os.. May be dev team need to check the reason urgently. I can share screenshots as well ,team can reach me direct
