PI Banking App refers to the Mobile Financial Service of Pubali Bank PLC that enables bank customers to access accounts and general information on bank products and services through Mobile devices. The main intention behind the commencement of electronic banking services is to provide the customers with an alternative that is more responsive and with less expensive options. With this app, customers can easily transfer their funds to other accounts, pay their utility bills, credit card bills and they will also be able to get their real-time account statement, make stop payment of any outstanding cheque leaves, top-up their mobile phone, and so on. To help mobile recharge, fund transfer to MFS, it requires permission to access your CONTACTS LIST it is optional depend on the mind. It requires permission to access your CAMERA when it needs in the uploading profile picture, scanning the QR Code in Merchant Payment and Cash by QR of Card Management. The app is quite annoying; after it loads, there isn't a way to force return. I should probably log out and move on to the next phase, but for now, I'll wait a while more. The process of creating an account is more tedious; for example, when I want to take the OTP from the message option, I have to enter it into the appropriate box without confirming first, which is frustrating.

The App is very good, But it has some drawbacks, such as, there is no debit card information showing system, and the balance showing UI can be much better, and if they add e-statement system with its downloading option it will far better and, in web the app is not available to use because the its shows the tab but the tabs doesnot work, Kindly fix this, i hope we all customers will be satisfy more. I hope, we will get the solution immediately.

Improvement needed. If I go to the mobile recharge option and the targeted contact has multiple numbers, that contact along with its all numbers are shown seperately. Showing that contact one time and a drop down menu to select a number from that contact would surely improve the user experience.
