Initially I used to like this app. But nowadays this is also showing its true colours like others. From the past few days experience I have noticed that the driver never cares to accept the ride even though they remain available in the near vicinity(2 to 3 minutes away). On complaining about it We rarely got any help from the customer care side as well. The 'schedule ride' feature is simply nonsense. It's just a great show off. And ofcourse The map feature is not to be mentioned about.

The new update is completely a mess. Map my india map cannot trace exact pickup or drop address. Drivers so not know routes and being dependant on route map are asking to cancel ride as pickup point km is showing high and also the reach time showing to high. At time of booking it shows 1 min away after booking it shows 26 mins away. Complete mess

Horrible . I booked my cab for 1030am today. Cab comes at 10am. Driver says I am going to be charged waiting time for half an hour. Tried calling customer service. Raised a ticket. No reply whatsoever. Also, your GPS is non functional. Never shows the right pick up location ever. All my colleagues have complained about it. Your customer care number is switched off. I have a client meet at 11am. And this is the nonsense I have to face with the driver. Great start to a day
