This application use system's "ping" command. With this app you can run command not only with same parameters but with different MTU (range) or different TTL (range from 1 to 30).
As result you will get history of all test, inluding date, net interfaces, radio interfaces, measurment results.
Full version features allows you to add comment, search and MTU range more than 50 for IPv6

Not what I thought it was I needed it ping a location to a creep that's tracking i.ps and is phishing people's info .... With having to pay preferably

Unfortunately i did not get idea from your explanation. This is App uses ping command from system. And fully shows result to you. What ever you can do using ping on PC you can do in this App.
If you have not correct expectation from App it is not a reason to give low score.
