Ratings and reviews

Easy to order, keep track of points... Need an option for customizing order notes. Update, some problem, place the order on the app, ie Malnati salad, then call in and ask for toppings on the side, which is what they suggest doing, and they forget to note on the order. So over an option to customize order. 5/2024 new and improved with way more options when ordering. Nice.

Had a problem selecting my delivery time. ASAP delivery is not an option. App makes you choose a time. I chose the first time available. When I finished entering my items. the order would not go thru because it said I needed to select a time. UPDATE: after I wrote review, I saw an update was available. Problem now fixed! FIVE STAR APP!!

Even after selecting a location as my preferred by clicking the heart, it still does not retain that for placing an order. The link for the dial the phone number does not work so I had to search for the store location using the regular browser. Also, the primary reason for the low star rating of this app is the fact that there is no option to select pay at the store upon pickup.
