Not sure why this app must be used to connect to a smartphone. Getting the watch to connect is a struggle. You would think the watch would connect automatically like all other bluetooth devices as soon as your watch gets close to the phone. Nope, not this watch. Sometimes it connects when you unlock the watch. I would like to see the watch sync up the number of steps with the smartphone's health app, so that the number of steps shows up on both devices. Great watch...terrible app.

Completely frustrated with this watch and the whole poorly developed app that "supports" it. It's near impossible to sync. I was able to connect a couple of months ago after hours trying it. I have a new smartphone now and I can't connect it, even after cleaning up everything, factory resetting it, creating a new account, etc. The sync always fail.

Been using the app for 2 weeks, just got the newest update. I find the app to be basic and stable. I can adjust settings (time zones, alarms, notifications, etc...). Ability to track your favorite NBA team just added. Overall I like the app. Looking forward to more enhancments. NBA not important to me, possibly other sports or breaking news. Dedicated workout, sleep tracking, etc... Tissot, reach out to some of us to beta test some additional features, we will provide testing/feedback
