Honshu (excluding Chugoku region) orders placed by 5pm every day will be delivered the next day! +1 day for Hokkaido, Chugoku region, Shikoku, Kyushu, and Okinawa prefectures.

Orders placed before [Daily 17:00] will be shipped on the same day.
Orders placed after 17:01 will be shipped the next day.
We will be closed during the year-end and New Year holidays.
We will notify you of any holidays in advance on the "News" screen on the top screen of the app.

We will inform you on the top screen of the app "Delivery Status" after 9:00 pm on the shipping day.
Orders before 9pm may not be reflected in Yamato Transport's system.

Sado Island and Awaji Island are shipped the next day. Other remote islands will be delivered within 10 days (estimated).
