About this app

The UWV app is for everyone with an unemployment benefit or a sickness benefit after unemployment benefit.
With the UWV app you can:

• Complete your Income Statement
• Report your application activities.
• View an overview of your previously completed Income Statements.
• Reporting sick.
• Report better.
• View your agreements with UWV.
• See a notification if, for example, you have not yet completed your Income Statement on the 21st of the month.
• See the amount and payment date of your unemployment benefit or Sickness Benefits Act.
• Enable push notifications. For example, you will receive a reminder on your device on the 21st of the month if you have not yet completed the Income Statement.
To use the app, you must first link it to your DigiD. Then you choose a 5-digit PIN code with which you can always log in quickly.

The UWV app works best with a smartphone with Android 9 or higher.

Of course, it remains possible to complete your Income Statement via My UWV, your personal and secure environment on uwv.nl. Can't even activate it, keeps sending me in a nonsense loop between 'activating' it, receiving a code from DigiD and having to log into DigiD... But when I log into DigiD, it says I'm logged into Uwv! BUT IT WON'T ACTIVATE THE ACTUAL APP, and then they have the balls to get angry with you for not checking your messages!

Not working. After digid login the app keeps asking me to activate it. Android.
