Does not have any feature to give a complaint. And the app is full of bug with lots of lags. Saying that our department has become digital will not be sufficient enough. First of all try to fix basic amenities.

The app needs serious development. The UI is really clunky. Also why doesn't it have a verification feature for account registration? Plus, remove or blur out the Pay Now button when the bill is paid. Also adding other regional languages would be more helpful It doesn't matter much but what the hell is that logo when the app starts? You used a terribly pixelated JPG picture as a welcome screen? The only think I liked is its response time. It's fast.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD!! Terrible service, worse app. The app always had stability issues, payment processing issues since the beginning. Now, since the past couple of weeks, it doesn't even log in to show the remaining balance of the smart meter. It is completely useless and trash. ABSOLUTELY AVOID!!
