Extremely unprofessional. Every time my preferred service provider is unavailable, they inform me at the last moment and ask if it can be rescheduled or referred. Some providers are excellent but most are incompetent and ill-trained. Their spa services are pathetic in term of professional competence and knowledge. They are gauche and have at times even caused brusing and trauma. Extremely dissatified with their services and products.

Md. Vaseem has an uncanny ability to pinpoint exactly where my tension was hiding and applied the perfect amount of pressure to be both therapeutic and comfortable. Throughout the massage, he was incredibly attentive, checking in to ensure everything felt right and focusing on the areas I mentioned were most problematic. I arrived feeling stiff and achy, but left feeling loose, mobile, and with significantly improved chronic back pain. The benefits went beyond the physical.

Service is decent but app is absolutely pathetic. Navigation is not at all smooth. It's a big deal if one can complete the booking in one go, and most time because of the delays I am unable to select preferred slots which were available initially.
