About this app

◆What is Agriculture How®? ◆
After the official release in August 2019, the number of registered farmers and crew exceeded 850 and 12,000 as of September 2023. Agriculture How® is a smartphone app that is a hot topic on TV and in newspapers.
Agriculture How® is a farming matching service originating from Toyohashi City, Aichi Prefecture that matches farmers with labor shortages with workers (crews) who want to work part-time.
We have video agricultural manuals for each crop so that even first-timers who have never been involved in agricultural work can work smoothly.
Collaboration with JA and each municipality is expanding, so please use Agriculture How® as a new means of securing labor.
It is a very easy-to-use service, with no usage fees for crew members, and no registration or publication fees for farmers. Please feel free to register.
Agriculture How® is based in Toyohashi City, Aichi Prefecture, and applies the quality control know-how cultivated by Musashi Seimitsu Kogyo, a company that sells and manufactures automobile parts globally, to agricultural work. Japan's first agricultural work matching service, registered as a trademark and patented.
