I signed up for a subscription August 2025 and within a few days decided that this app wasnt a good fit. So I proceeded and tried to cancel and was unsuccessful. I did contact owner Adam of paintbox in the same week I signed up and asked him to cancel. Just found out today it was not canceled and was charged again. Adam supposedly canceled the subscription today and said I wouldn't be charged again. But no refund as requested. NOT HAPPY as it took several emails to get this canceled. BE CAREFUL!

Kevin, I gave you instructions to cancel via Google Play, which wasn’t completed. The subscription has since been canceled and you will no longer be charged. For transparency, you wrote: “I want refund or I will file a dispute with my bank and write a bad review.” I’m always willing to help, but threats and rudeness are not appropriate.

This app is the painting contractors best friend! I really feel like it has helped give me more confidence with estimates, and is a great experience for my clients as well! The customer service is AMAZING, and they even have a feature to make your own website! Thanks for helping push us forward paintbox! We're family now

Skeptical, Glad I did. It's Great!! I only had one review so I was skeptical. Thought I would give it a try, hell yes! Just what I was looking for. Needs more details but very happy. Thanks PaintBox!
