The new update is messing many essential options, I can't keep up with the timing of the order.. the last order take too long to reach me much than the timing the app provided. The order was missing things and the delivery wasn't even sure about the bill's cost !! And the option where we should call the support wasn't working.

Doesnt update when restaurants get close. I was super hungry&ordered some traditional everyday rice, broth and chicken food 4 a single person&after a long while the driver being late couldnt get his hands on my food which I assume was made and unfortunately got wasted just becuz the place got closed. I didnt get notified 4 the cancellation until it was waaaay too late! Of course, tiptop apologized then suggested ordering from different place and i ordered. Guess what? sorta same thing repeated😒

Very bad experience, no support number to call because its blocked by goverment, and drivers take so much time to deliver, i order at 1pm order reached at 2:40pm. When i didnt accept the order they blocked my profile
