Ratings and reviews

It's a pain to use if you aren't a German speaker. No English language option. You can't take a screenshot to translate. If you switch from the app, to provide information for a complaint, it logs you out without saving the email draft.

Since 1st Sep 2025 the App malfunctions 9 out of 10 times. Closes without notice, unable to login

This app is a pain to use, I changed my phone last year and I still have access issues. Changing phone and phone number has required using the website, receiving multiple physical letters, accessing my old phone, contacting their customer service and it still does not work.
