Ratings and reviews

The website and app both seem to have issues letting me log in after midnight, which is ridiculous. This is an ongoing issue as if they're doing database updates and it's slowing everything down. I have issues during normal daylight hours. But if you're a night person and want to check your accounts, you're SOL and can't log in.

sometimes its difficult to log in. other than thst, it works easy. the setup is wonderful. and the font is very broad and dense so its easy to read.

Terrible app. the app is buggy and not easy to navigate and customer service isn't great. Trustco on the whole is 20 years in the past.
