Access documents related to the chamber's legislative processes, consisting of:
• Consult the Municipal Legislation by word, theme/classification, number, date period and validity status;
• Consultation of Proposals by word, number, presentation period and document status.
• Displays the complete processing of a given proposal, listing the fields: sender, recipient, purpose of processing, date sent, response deadline, date of response, result of processing, links to documents linked to processing, as well as complement/ comments;
• Consultation of session documents (Agenda and Minutes of the Agenda), showing the following information: session number, session type, date and time of the meeting and observations, text of the same, and procedure.
• With direct link to the documents and files that compose it.
• Checks the Frequency of Councilors, with attendance, absences, justified absences, and leaves, displaying the date/time, number and type of the session.
• Polling Consultation showing the matters voted on, type of vote, phase, quorum and voting result, totaling votes in favor, against, absent, abstention and the nominal vote of each councilor.
• Consults the list of Councilors in office, showing the name, party, e-mail, telephone, links to proposals presented, attendance at sessions and nominal votes;
• Also access in other document formats if available, such as pdf, html, docx and doc.
• Query using the search and "Recents" screen. Do the search without filling in any of the fields (bringing the most recent result) or fill in the fields you want.
• Choose between Simple, Textual and Advanced Search.
• Use Textual Search, to search the text available in the document subject or in its composition, being able to use double quotes and/or connectors for a more comprehensive search:
• See some examples:
- slap + hole (which contains both the words "slap" and "hole");
- alteration - partial (which contains "alteration" and does not contain "partial");
- "water tank" or "water tank" (containing one of the two expressions);
- do not weigh (which does not contain the expression);
- "amends and (devices or rural)" (containing the term "amends" and one of the two words "devices" or "rural");
• Use Advanced Search to search for the details that make up the document or "object" being searched for. You can also search by period in which it was done (only available for some searches).
