 Sometimes tough to complete a submission because can't upload a pdf, but only images, maybe in coordination of benefits. Also, on a few occasions when I have logged in, after entering my password, app asks if I want to enable biometrics. Selected yes, and seems accepted. The next time I log in, app asks for password, but not biometrics. Further, tried to take a screenshot in the app, but that was blocked. Why? It's my info - let me do it!

Everytime I login I enter my username and password. Then it asks me if I want to use biometrics. Everytime it is this way. Please fix so I don't have to enter my password and can just use my biometrics to sign in. Of just make it so I can be left signed in. The scrolling date system to enter service date for prescription drugs - just remove the scrolling date. Keep it simple. Just leave it as a manual enter.

If you have a young family, change insurance providers now. There is a reason why they don't associate the cooperators name with the app. It's bad. No screen shots. no printing. You'll wait 2 weeks just to get rejected for a typo that the app purposely makes difficult to navigate. Avoid cooperators if you have the choice.
