Using the app:
It couldn’t be simpler, sign on the same way you do for your online banking account. If you are not already signed up for online banking, contact Member Service Centre at 1-888-440-4480 or visit your local branch.

was slow but now it just doesn't work. I have to use the desktop website to do anything. The app just gets stuck in an endless cycle of loading. I've uninstalled several times, I've wiped cache, I've cleared cookies. The app is broken. Yet this bank wants to gobble up more banks. How about a functional app in 2025 instead?

Cannot log in to my account. Every time I try to access the login screen, I just get "Loading". I've uninstalled the app, deleted the data, deleted the cache, restarted my phone. Nothing works.

App stopped working. Gets stuck "loading" on login. Reading through the reviews, it looks like a common issue. Would be great if Prospera actually addressed it.
