BAD. CESC wanted to become smart but with this latest version, it has become unsmart. It does not accept MPIN even after resetting the number. Horrible experience. The earlier version was much better. It forced me to the new version and it is a mess. Still unable to login.

After updating the app it is not opening. So kindly solve this issue ASAP. It will be very difficult for us to recheck whether I have paid my bills or not as I am very much set to a super tight schedule. This is because sometimes I might forget to recall the same. Please do find some solution ASAP.

I have paid my entire electric bill in full via bill desk through cesc app but still showing me due- the same amount, moreover i am trying to connect with helpline numbers but saying everyone is busy, except me.
