This is a super app. put details of your activity, contacts prior to setting out. Get into difficulty and press the alarm button. The call centre in Zurich responds in under 2 minutes. It has your location. In a poor signal area it can send a help request to people close by. Now gives a UK grid ref of your location and notifies your contacts if you require help
