Sometimes the app drops bluetooth devices such as earpiece or in car bluetooth speaker, forcing me to use the phone itself or decline a phone call in the middle of driving.

Dropped the ball on previous app to make it reliable so they developed a new app instead and now charging a monthly subscription for something that should have been done right in the first place. Stand behind your product, Dont copy others mistakes and subscription models
