Great when it works, but I've tried ordering 3 times today and after I hit complete order, it just canceled it and went back to the main menu. I called the coffee shop and they confirmed that it didn't go through and it has happened to other customers recently. But hey, the app was happy to take my money it made me load onto the app. 😑

The app is ok when it works. It doesn't seem to like loading unless you go into multitasking and then back into the app, hopefully that's an easy bug to fix! (S25 Ultra) Navigating through drink options could be optimized as well. When you're in a menu and looking at an item, food for example, and go back, it takes you to the main menu when it should just take you back to food. Another issue is when you use your build in back button. It closes the whole app instead of taking you back one step.

Convenient only if the cafes watch their orders, many times I've gone to places that either didn't finish setting it up or don't watch it at all. And frankly, $10 should not be the smallest upload amount to the cards. I'm $0.30 from a latte and I hardly want to spend $10 to pay that fee when there's already almost $10 on my card to begin with. The app is also extremely fussy and reactive, only partially loading half the time. Cute concept but it's way underdeveloped.
