This is probably the worst app ever developed. Not one single aspect works. I had a problem with signing up as well as logging in. They ask for drop down menus where none exist. They changed the pickup time on you. But what do you expect from a site where maybe they pick you up and maybe they don't. They blew me off on the first trip, I missed my appointment. The second time(after a lot of bitching) they got it right. They blew me off on the next appointment. I missed that one as w

Update (2/12/22): There are still issues with this app, namely, that it doesn't always let you put in street info (e.g. N or No. Or North Prospect Ave). Often it overrides choosen zip codes and transmits wrong addresses to Lyft or Uber for pick ups. 1. The reservations don't even appear. 2. The pick up and drop off range is too wide. 3. 4. You cannot cancel same day reservations. 5. There's no way to communicate with the dispatch other than calling in and waiting for up to 10 minutes on hold.

Looking at the reviews, this app needs serious attention! It's great in theory and wonderful when it works as intended. I use it to schedule medical transportation for both, me and my son. It works very inconsistently, at best. Lately, I've had a lot of problems where it will only let me log in to schedule for one or the other of us vs, choosing to log into the account I need to schedule a ride for. Getting help over the phone for this has been a time-wasting runaround.
