I've only been using the app for a couple of months, but I haven't encountered any issues with it up to this point. Being able to keep track of my Game Chips remaining and current Tickets in (close to) real time is a nice touch. Being able to see the current promotions in effect (50% off food, e.g.) is also a plus. At some point, I'm probably going to have to pay for a "recharge" without the benefit of receipt coupons...having the ability to do so from the app (anywhere, anytime) is helpful.

It's a good way to earn rewards and keep track of cos and tickets, but it takes too long to update. It took over 30 minutes to register that I played chips. I was at 1381 chips, I needed 19 more to get the level 4 rewards to get an extra 10% chips when I recharged. I played 4 games, which should have been enough to get to level 4. After waiting about 30 minutes, it still hadn't updated. I reluctantly went to recharge my card, and it gave me errors. I ended up waiting in line to recharge.

This app sucks! It doesn't keep track of my chips played! I've been recharging my card and playing chips, but they don't count them for chips played in the app!!! And contacting customer service thru the contact form also sucks! No one got back to me about my problem! Can't believe this app has more than 4 stars. Update: Calling customer service resolved my points issue. The app still sucks because it gets laggy and my restaurant points take too long to show up in my account or they don't show
