First I use to have issues with having to verify with a pin that was texted to me every other login, now I keep getting a noticed every 3 logins that the biometrics fail and it is highly annoying. I don't know how much longer I can withstand using this app!

Had to change my review for this app. Cannot stand how much it fails on the biometrics login and having to go in, disable it, then re-enable it every frickin time. I am kind of just done with this app completely because of that. You're better off just texting BAL to their text line. 🙄

I constantly have to uninstall and reinstall this app to just check my daily banking. Once a month would be aggravating, but I'm doing it at least once a week. Might as well drive to an ATM. Completely inconvenient, which is what the app is supposed to accomplish.
