Login failure despite entering the correct username and password. The same login details work for the website. The Cannot login button gives you one option to change a new password and no chance to recover a forgotten username. The app needs more improvement.

None of the online support options work. Tried to use email to change password, but it doesn't work; I tried to go on the chat to sort it, doesn't work. Utterly pointless.

Surprising to see this Bad of an App in 2024..we're in the AI era & this App can't properly do basic functions like setup Autopay, lol.!! ADDC, get on board someone with basic IT knowhow, or hire a 3rd party to build you a decent low-cost App that works, no rocket science required..
