This app blew through my monthly data in 10 minutes, be careful. There's 0 compression done so the full bandwidth is sent through. No options to change or set limits. I peaked at my cameras for 10 seconds then closed the app and it used 5 gb in the background. I have no idea why this app was programmed to continue running once you minimize it/switch away. Make sure you disable background app data usage in your android app options as the app absolutely uses background data

Good start on getting an app for Shinobi. On boarding experience is pretty good. Live stream taking too long to load or not loading. Pulling saved videos is decent. Scrubbing through the video needs some work. Can't skip ahead. Need to download the video first. Would be nice to be able to skip ahead or play back at higher /lower speed.

Decent app, gets the basics right. But could use some heavy user interface improvements too! Ptz controls seem to exist because there's an option in the settings to inverse them but I don't see an option on how to use them. Also doesn't work well with newer versions of Android that have built in home, back, and multi-tasking buttons on the screen rather then dedicated buttons. They overlay on most screens in a way that makes some things hard to do and others impossible (can't scroll in vods).
