Update to former review. I finally signed into the app. I had mistaken the code they sent for an MFA token, instead of an actual password. I successfully changed my password afterwards. Positives: I have access to more information now. The user interface is more fluid and modern. It will need some getting-used-to but overall, it's not that bad. My two cents: Logon credentials should have been synced between the old and new system so that a user can log in without having to do a password reset.

Yeah, it's cool with a lot more features. But honestly nothing was wrong with the old format/function. I'm no programmer, but all the "changes" they made seems like it could have just been put on the old app, or at least been worked Into the old app format. But it's not bad just not a step forward, more like sideways.

The app is better than the old one. I know the password reset was probably because of legal reasons, but what the heck did you guys do to basically NOT migrate everything but the necessities over? My automatic payments have all disappeared, and now it doesn't give me the option to pay my credit cards with my external accounts. I have pressed the option to add another account again, but now I have to wait 3 days and even then I'm not sure it will work. Total disappointment.
