I normally don't leave reviews, but it is very frustrating having your bank "upgrade" to a new app that you can't log into and view your accounts. I spoke to support and they corrected the issue to let me in. Two days later, I'm getting access declined for no reason. I shouldn't have to spend a Saturday morning talking to support to be able to see my account.

Terrible. Get it together, Tyndall. Nothing seems to work on this app and it refuses to remember biometric input. The app does nothing for me. I appreciate the response. Not only am I still unable to reliably log into it, even last night I had issues logging into the APP and online banking. I had to call the phone Genie just to check my balance. It took about 20 minutes to do this. Incredible.

Does not sync with many other banking apps. There are no options for allowing mobile access for other programs like budgeting and investment apps, and mobile pay at many places. Limited information is available about transactions as well. Your banking app should be extremely in depth and should be able to match the amount of control you have when going into a Tyndall branch.
