App is too sensitive to touch. I can't scroll down the screen without it selecting the option my scrolling finger happened to be on, (this is on both Apple and Samsung, I checked). I have to toggle back and forth to pay credit bills. I'd rather not have to memorize the amount. The text is difficult to read, in size and color. The grey background, while professional, would benefit going back to white. I would encourage looking at more user-friendly apps like Chime. Thanks!

After removing the old app and installing the new, it took some time to complete. I even had a problem accessing my account on my laptop. Once I had authentication online, I reinstalled the app on my phone. Noticed the login page was the old one, it didn't work. I closed app, went to Google Play Store and opened the app from there. New login page appeared. I logged in no problem and set up biometrics. All is well now. Not everyone can figure this out so have patience with your customers.

CONS: - Doesn't require user to login again after exiting the app - Side-menu slides out too easily while scrolling, and then promptly sends user to top of page. - The chat bubble covers "next page" button. - The search function does not yield accurate/exact results when searching for particular transactions PRO: - Fingerprint login - External transfers - Easy to set-up reoccurring payments and transfers OVERALL: I like it, but the app needs updating.
