App works fairly well. It's easy to use and all HUD options are easily distinguished. My only issues are firmware updates should be easier to perform, and the new remote ID feature that requests your reason for flying won't allow you to press the "save" tab due to the keyboard being in the way. If you try to minimize it, it exits the answer box and leaves the request plastered on your screen while flying. It's distracting and in my field of view. Please correct that.

Works great, regular updates and fixes. Easy to learn and use. It does need a better way to check and update the firmware on the drone, batteries, and controller. There is currently a way to check but a dedicated section prior to clicking start would be nice. Perhaps show the version history with release dates. Also, adding the feature to plan a flightpath and automatically take pictures would be great. Overall it's really good though and I'm not disappointed:) Thanks Autel!

V1.1.5(65) added more photo resolution selections, but only in jpg. The largest jpg size will not allow multiple shots to be selected. Full potential of the sensor in RAW mode is still not available. This update adds image capture types and other image and camera features, but no corrections to the bugs listed below are provided. V1.0.49(59) Many irritations: The Home Bar appears whilst the app is in use, Square-Circle-Triangle covering the Settings and Shutter button. When taking panoramas, inbuilt stitching never completes. The Flight Logs does display the flightpath on a map, but defaults to the featureless roadmap. Select the aerial view and the Drone and Remote position icons dissapear. In the latest update, the lower sensors of the drone are inoperative and the front-and-rear anticollision can fail in bright contrasty situations to detect objects and can spuriously see things that are not there at altitude. 'Return Home' now spuriously activates on about 1 in 3 flights and whilst it can be cancelled, will recur until the flight is ended. Warning Messages - only battery messages seem to appear, no other in-flight information is visible. Camera has a tendency to 'focus close' on startup so images at distance are blurred until corrected. The drone has to be in flight before any camera settings can be changed, which is truly bizarre. Sport Mode is really, really slow at no more than 12 m/s. Full resolution for stills not yet available for selection. Drone follow mode not yet available. Unexplained functuonality of Forbidden Zones and Altitudes added. This is all clearly a work-in-progress and Autel Sky should be treated with the caution of an Open Beta.
