Come on guys. I've been working with your probes and app for 4 years. Why are there so many issues? It's just a daily coin flip to see if the probes are going to connect or not. Low internet areas are out because for some reason you need to harvest my data instead of just having an offline mode. I have to keep MeasureQuick installed just so I have usable equipment. Get it fixed, get it together, and think about techs who are spending thousands on your probes and meters.

They were working ok. However, they very often will not work. Flash yellow. Had to flash firmware several times, but the issue reoccurs after several uses. This last time made me the maddest, the app all of a sudden will not see any single device. Went as far as uninstalling the app, and reinstalling. Which could not have happened at a worse time. While working with a customer that was diligent with following along on a maintenance of their system. Extremely frustrating.

It's good, but there are quirks. At one time, I would have to log in to the app... Every. Single. Time. Although that has been fixed, now when I try to do the trending for refrigerant or air temp conditions, it either goes back to the welcome screen, or crashes completely. I already have the latest update (as of this writing) from July 8, 2024, and the play store does not indicate that there is any update available. I don't want to do 'custom trending' every time, I prefer the regular trending.

Also, since settings can be saved on Custom Trending, there is no need to set it up every time, so could you tell us why you prefer to use regular trending?
