I am a regular user of your app and have encountered significant issues that impede its functionality: Frequent crashes lead to data loss (photos and signatures). Taking multiple pictures is time-consuming and unreliable. Support response time is inadequate, and my issue remains unresolved. Requesting prompt action to address these concerns and improve the app's performance. Looking forward to a quick resolution.

App is nowhere near super dispatch reliability and functionality. It seems you must have access to the internet to save data, so when the frequent crashes take place, you loose the photos and when completing the load in an area with no service you just have to hope the photos and signatures don't disappear when it finally uploads later.

This app is horrible. Between the constant crashing, inspection pictures not saving, and signatures not saving it's completely useless. I use multiple apps for various brokers and this is by far the worst one. Also marking damage is not as complicated as made by this app. Even if the app by chance works as intended. It take 10-15 mins extra per vehicle just marking the damages. Ridiculous.
