Okay, let's start with the Cons. I can't open new accounts directly. It signs me out and demands my password once a week or so. I can't take screenshots for "security purposes". , I can check my accounts on the go and make transfers between them. I'm thinking about switching banks for a better app, but I prefer the community of a local bank. At least make it so I can open basic accounts without leaving the app.

Mobile deposit is trash, the worst I've seen. Have to retake both photos if one is bad. It doesn't show you the computer adjusted image so you can see what was wrong. Most apps I've used will even automatically take the picture once it identifies a check; this one seems to save all processing until after you've submitted the deposit. So it's a gamble. Taken me 20 minutes so far to try and submit a computer print a cashiers check. If I could I would drop this bank for this reason alone.

It really is not a good app and needs to be updated. It is difficult to navigate. The user interface is low quality. there is no total net worth listed like every other banking app I've ever used. So you have to add up all your accounts for yourself.
