My biggest peeve is with the photos. Id love for the app to improve the secure photo features. The in app camera does not have the best quality and the app does not allow you to send photos from your phone or screenshots. I also do not like how messages expire so quickly. There have been times when my schedule was messed up or something was relayed incorrectly and I had no prior message to refer to. It would be lovely to tag other field staff, currently can only tag office staff.

It's great for viewing schedules and open shifts, but the communication/chat function is less than satisfactory. When typing a message in the chat box, there is a horrible lag and begins to freeze. It does that when scrolling through previous messages as well. Extremely irritating and time-consuming. I avoid using the secure chat function as much as possible, which defeats the purpose of this feature.

I like it for the most part. It was easier and more secure than emails until I started having issue typing messages. It freezes on me a lot while I'm typing so it takes 15minutes just to type a 3 line message. Any suggestions how to fix this? I have version 4.0 last updated Nov 22. I also wish messages didn't expire.
